"Great stay. Owners answered any questions I had promptly."

"Was perfect for us. Clean and quiet :)"

"The odor of dampness lingers but everything was clean and very nice. The master bed has a sleep number mattress that doesn't adjust. The right side is stuck at 25, and the left side is stuck at 45. "Great accommodations right on the PGI canals."

"This is our second year staying with Herby for memorial weekend and both times have been excellent. Everything was as listed and better in person. We utilized the boat rental option and had a great stay. Our group is expanding so we will be renting this property as well as the property across the street which Herby now owns. Thanks for everything!"

"This property was in a good location and was very clean. I was hoping the pull out would have more comfortable but it served the purpose. Most things we needed were provided and only had to purchase a few things. Great communication with the owners and she said she’d give me a 10% discount since we were in town for a funeral. "

"My husband and I were visiting family and friends in the area. It was a perfect place for us! It was a convenient location for beaches, etc. Definite 5 stars from us!"

"Clean rooms and family friendly. Great location and quiet neighborhood. "
