"This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay on vacation! We could tell that they had spent a lot of time updating the whole place, and it was absolutely beautiful. Everything was incredibly clean and organized. The location is also perfect! It's in such a great little neighborhood, and it takes about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in this area!"

"The place was exactly as described. The only slight complaint was that when taking a shower in the master bathroom the entire bathroom floor gets wet. But I just put a towel down. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It was comfortable and quiet. Perfect and exactly what I was looking for."

"The condo was not very clean. Floors were very dirty . The condo is not fully equipped . There is one pot and frying pan. Dishwasher didn’t work whole time we were there. We didn’t get any check in instructions I had to text and ask about everything ( door code, WiFi…)"

"We had a great 3 night stay in this cute, cozy, super clean and newly renovated property. It was a perfect space for the two of us. The bed was comfy and the shower was awesome. We loved the large deck with a lovely view to the ocean. It was a very short stroll to the beach where we spent most of our time. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. Communication was amazing. We would definitely recommend this property."

"We were looking for a quiet getaway that was close to the beach and only two hours from Orlando. From the property it's an easy walk to the beach and it was not crowded at all, I'd say semi private feel. Property is under light construction but didn't bother us. Our room was perfect, all new appliances, bed and bathroom. They did a good job renovating. Restaurants, Publix, conv stores all 5-10 mins away, very convenient. When we left my wife said, I'd love to come back so that says it all."

"The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was supplied with all the basic essentials. The place was clean and the bedding was freshly put on. Kitchen had tons of cutlery, dishes and cookware. The living area was perfect for 4. The beach chairs, blanket and beach towels were a nice added touch. "Had an amazing week at this property (second time renting here) in May of 2024. The house is set up beautifully with plenty of room and privacy for multiple people/families. The property is right on the beach and it felt like a private beach because rarely did we see any other people. There is an elevator, which comes in handy with older guests and luggage etc. The property is managed extremely well, very clean and they provide everything needed for the beach or even kayaking on the river side....
