This two-bedroom two bath 4th floor split plan condo is located in the Seascape I cluster. All Seascape guests have access to the Seascape I pool, hot tub, and grill area located behind Seascape 4100 building. Close to the beach access and Cayman pool also. Two patios off the kitchen and bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a walk-in shower and carpet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and carpet. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The living room features comfortable seating with a flat screen tv. Included with this rental is a washer/dryer, cable/internet.

Dine onsite, grab a burger or cold drink at the Tiki Bar. With manned 24 hr. gate house.

91-120 days prior to check-in date - $200 or 15% of reservation, whichever is greater*
61-90 days prior to check-in date - 50% of all monies received will be retained*
0-60 days prior to check-in date - NO REFUND

25%: Deposit Due at time of booking in order to hold your reservation.
50%: 120 Days Prior to Check-in.
25%: 60 Days prior to Check-In Balance of Reservation, Cleaning Fee and $500 Refundable Security Deposit
