"Samuel welcomed us to his beautiful home and walked us through everything we needed to know about the place to ensure our stay is comfortable. The place was clean ,and luxurious just as the pictures show. The Check in process was easy and the host was always very helpful and prompt in responding to our messages or calls.We enjoyed our stay there and this for sure is a beautiful place to be . "

"Really nice place but does not sleep 7 unless you bring an air mattress or other alternatives. I should have realized it was 2 single beds. They are very small. And you can’t count the couch because it isn’t comfortable to lay on. "

"RGW’s Cozy CASA is exactly as advertised. The home is newly renovated and very modern and clean. Lots of space and very comfortable rooms and common areas. Highly recommended for a family or small group. Only thing missing that would have been nice on a hot weekend was air conditioning. Other than that it was a great rental property and would definitely stay again. "

"Basement flat was as advertised - very clean, good beds and shower. Private and quiet. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils except for a cutting board. Flat would benefit from bedside tables with lights, a small kitchen table with chairs and a couple of sofa chairs in addition to the sofa in the living room area. Would stay in this flat again when visiting Edmonton. "

"The listing did not state that this was a sub-level basement with no view, as the windows were below ground level. The sidewalks in the rear were unsafe, and we left after my sister fell on the numerous large rocks, seeking medical help back home. The beds were warped and uncomfortable. We booked three nights but left early."

Always a hit

"One of our favorite hotels and I usually book direct with the hotel. This time I booked through hotels and I did not receive complimentary parking or breakfast. When I spoke to the front desk, they provided me with complimentary parking but not breakfast. We did receive a room upgrade though so all was not lost. "
