"A real home away from home. We were visiting Yakima to visit my sister and her family. This house was two stoplights up the hill from her house. Barely visible from the busy street due to landscaping that provides privacy for a front yard patio, once in the gate and through the front door the home is private, quiet, nicely furnished and decorated with the personal and practical, with a large private nicely landscaped backyard. One wouldn’t know they were on a busy street in central Yakima. The house is well appointed with all the home and kitchen tools to ensure an easy stay.On this trip, we have stayed in three different vacation rentals in the Pacific Northwest; this is by far my favorite, the most comfortable, and one I looked forward to returning to to be able to relax at the end of busy days.Thank you, Paul and Kristie for sharing your home with us."

"The place was great, spacious, well stocked, and worked perfectly for our needs (5 adults 2 kids) while in town for a family wedding. Lee, the host, was easy to contact and available for questions. The property and surroundings are beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend staying there.My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the host, is Vrbo's fees."

"The views are phenomenal of the valley. The host is amazing; responsive to messages and helpful with restaurant recommendations. She also shared homemade brown butter banana cake that the family had made for themselves and they had a welcome gift bottle of wine for us with a personalized welcome note. The space is the basement of the hosts house so you will hear them above you, particularly the kids running around, but it is not too disruptive and it gets real quiet by bedtime. Would recommend to anyone and we will stay here again when we get back to visit Yakima Wine Valley again."

"A bunch of us went for a conference in Yakima. The house is so spread out, none of us were in each others space unless we wanted to be. The pool and the hot tub are perfect. Great backyard. Pretty much everything we needed. Very happy and will be back next year for the same convention. Thank you so much!"
