"The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price."

"My room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable, but there was no refrigerator in the room and the ice bucket provided was so tiny you could not fit much ice in it, so...no cold drinks in my room. :( My biggest issue was with the hotel elevators and stairs. For a large hotel, having only 2 small elevators is a bit questionable. For my stay, only one of the elevators worked and it was very slow and small. Often, there was a long line of guests waiting to go up or down. Further, there were 3 stairways and the only one that went from the main floor to the room floors was tucked away in the back of a meeting room. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel catering to guests at large meetings in the convention center. Don't believe I will stay there again."

"TV kept freezing or flickering. Smoking area was right outside the side door so it smelled like smoke. Craftsmanship (paint job etc) in the bathroom was poorly done. Unacceptable for the price of the hotel."

"Our mission to this lunar pod was a total success! We spent most of our orbit enjoying the high-tech pod atmosphere, which really made us feel like we were drifting through the cosmos. The highlight of our mission was definitely engineering the Space Walk Wall—it turned into the ultimate interactive station for our junior astronauts! Before returning to Earth, we performed a full interstellar sweep. We made sure the station was left in pristine, specimen-ready condition for the next crew. 粒Five stars for an out-of-this-world experience!"
