Pool was under construction and I was super disappointed at first, since that was one of my draws to the hotel. However the staff were extremely friendly and that made a world of difference. Some staff members, mostly at reception, were indifferent and not as pleasant as they could be. A nice hello for guests as they walk through the lobby would be appreciated. Room staff were all very courteous.

Staff was amazing. Morning Breakfast was great. Lady running the breakfast was super nice and helpful. I have no complaints other than lack of towels in pool area and when requested at front desk. Kids swimming constantly and the hunt for dry towels was my only issue. Room was clean and spacious.
