"All was good."

"We always stay here when going to fort Saint John. The staff is super friendly and helpful, room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is good and having Denny’s attached to he building is nice for dinners."

"We travel with kids, so a pool is an important factor when choosing a hotel. At check-in, we were told the pool was “a bit cooler than usual” but that the hot tub was working. Unfortunately, the pool was absolutely freezing and the hot tub was barely warmer than the pool. We understand that maintenance issues happen, but we would have appreciated honesty at check-in. If we had been told the amenities were essentially unusable, we could have chosen to cancel rather than discover the issue after...

"Room cleaning was awkwardly placed at the end of the day and not convenient to our visit. There was no way to change the room cleaning."

"Breakfast could change up a little Same sausage and eggs evertime o go there"

"The staff was super friendly and accommodating, but the building and amenities are definitely starting to show their age. The rooms and overall property could use some updating and refreshing."

"The room on the end of the hall of the first floor (the one we stayed in) had a very strong musty odour but the sheets were clean. Okay for one night. Check in was easy and staff was kind."

"Das Personal möchte ich als erstes loben.Speziell die junge Frau mit Namen Amisha am Desk war ein Engel. Das Frühstück war Kanada üblich und ausreichend. Zimmer sehr sauber.Würde wieder buchen."

"Great place to stay clean and well maintained rooms. Staff friendly, will stay there again next time I’m in the area."

"The breakfast"

"Super nice staff"

"My room this time was great. No complaints other than that it was a bit cool, and I could not figure out where the thermostat was. Outside of the room, it's a complaint I've always had that the steps on the second level between the tiers of it (it's not all one level, and there are three steps between them) are non-standard (too tall), and if you're not paying attention, you might have a bad time. Ramps would have been better."
