"This is not a fancy spot. It is an old piece of property that has been very cleverly redone to make a clean and pleasant place to stay. It offers a very nice accommodation at a very reasonable price. It is excellent for what it is. It is also very close to downtown."

We used the location as a hub and made day trips to Glenwood Springs, Arches, Canyonlands, Ourey, Silverton, Telluride, and enjoyed many scenic byways. I would definitely stay again. "

"From the moment we arrived the place was charming and comfortable! You are greeted by art and beauty everywhere as the rooms are all very well decorated! The loft is a visual delight as well as a relaxing place to retreat at the end of the day. The kitchen is very well organized and fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals for yourself or a crowd!The beds are comfortable with lots of bedding and pillows. The bathrooms are plentiful and the showers have excellent pressure too! The living area couch is a delight for visiting or watching a family movie as it is huge and feels so nice to sit and relax. The patio is cute and has all the features needed to create a magical evening of visits over a gas fire pit lit by lights all around. Last but not least the entire stay was enhanced by the gracious hospitality and attention from the host!"
