Welcome to Island Princess 200! The Island Princess is a seven-story, family-oriented complex located right on the beach on sunny Okaloosa Island. This spacious 3-bedroom end unit features a balcony that looks directly over the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a king-sized bed in the master with beautiful views of the sugar white beaches and emerald waters, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, twin over win bunks and twin over queen bunks in the third bedroom and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, so this lovely unit sleeps 10! Enjoy free beach service including 1 umbrella and two chairs from March 1 to October 31. With a seasonally heated, gulf-front pool, hot tub, fitness room, BBQ area and covered parking, you'll have everything you need for the perfect vacation here. The Island Princess is a 7 story complex with 136 units featuring gulf-front balconies in the heart of Okaloosa Island.  Watch dolphins frolic from your own private, gulf-front balcony or take a swim in the lovely, gulf front pool (heated seasonally).  Soak your cares away in the hot tub or grill up your fresh catch on the provided grills. Our three bedroom condo fit the 7 of us so well. The bunk room offered kids individual beds. The kitchen was well stocked (be aware there are no spices or oils, so bring your own if you want to cook). There were plenty of linens. Being in an end unit was also nice. The beach and pool were Amazing. We loved it! Parking was easy. Access to restaurants was easy. I loved this location.

This condo was exactly what it said it would be! Location was perfect, views were amazing. The bunk room was awesome for the kids we brought, ages 14-18. The walk to the beach was short. This was our first time in Florida and we will for sure be back and would stay in this condo again. The beach was laid back and great for families.

Over all, the condo was perfect. We did have a few issues with a few things that needed repair but they were miner. We loved being on the beach. Really liked the easy check in and check out. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay immensely, kitchen well stocked with lots of pantry space for snacks, loved the layout of the condo and easy access to the beach. Could have used a couple more chairs on the balcony, but we worked around that. Would rent this condo again.

Only reason for the 4 star rating was that the water was turned off due to plumbing repairs to the entire building. Listing states iron was available, but was not working. Other than things mentioned, this is an excellent family beachfront rental.

The view and condo were amazing our only complaints are about the building. The elevator wasn’t working multiple times through the week, our water was shut off for 6 hours without warning in the middle of the afternoon and we saw multiple roaches around the garbage room. The outlets in the master bedroom only had one plug each that worked as well.

The condo is the ideal location and size. Our only issue was with finding the unit inside the complex. It's tucked away behind a gate, which is perfect for privacy but would have been a nice detail to have when we were given the code for the door. The three bedrooms and three baths make it perfect for a large group. The mattresses are comfortable and the shower in the master bath has amazing pressure! We will definitely book the place again!
