The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. The unit also has a well-situated breakfast nook for two located in the kitchen. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, a TV, and a DVD player. There is a full bathroom accessible from the second bedroom and the main hallway. The primary and guest bedrooms feature TVs and DVD players. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience. After a full day on the beach, come home to kick back on the furnished balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
