This contemporary unit has a view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo 's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The unique dining area has bench style seating and can accommodate six people. This condo offers a brightly colored twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The contemporary primary bedroom is highlighted with warm rich hues and features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet.

Loved the convenience of how everything was there. Stairs to pool and elevator was close to room too. Clean and comfy. Could see the ocean from the balcony as well. My son loved the bunkbed

We have stayed at waterscape 4 times and love it. The room was nice and well kept but the washer added water super slow (took a long time to fill) and the toilet ran all night. We still had a great time

Very clean, smelled great when we arrived! We enjoyed the beach service, the balcony has views of the pool and you can even see the ocean too. The starter pack of toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo and conditioner etc, was really helpful. We never needed to buy more. Fudpuckers tiki hut at the pool has good food and drinks. I would stay in this condo again, it was a great price!

We are very happy to stay in this place. Staff very nice. Our shower leaked and they fixed it right after we reported it. The apartment was very clean. It was impossible to be bored outside. The kids played in the pool until late in the evening. On the beach, after reporting the apartment number, you could use beach chairs and umbrellas. I recommend this place.

If you want to start your vacation by cleaning then this place is for you! Spent the first 30 minutes of vacation getting where our boys sleep cleaned for them. Luckily wife packed blankets and bedding because what was in the room was the wrong size. If you don’t want 6 forks or spoons, than this place is for you! If you don’t use the kitchen while on vacation this is for you! If you are a family who cooks for your kids don’t expect the burners to work, the over drawer is broken and just not a complete kitchen. The biggest frustration is contacting Vecasa check in day 1, day 2, day 3, and finally my wife going to the office to get a response on day 4. Very crappy customer service.

It is exactly as pictured . Furnishings are stylish and most of all comfortable . We had plenty of towels and washcloths . It was also super clean ! The balcony is amazing . You can even see the ocean !

This condo was clean and cozy. It was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked. The master bed was comfortable. The condo has a partial view of the waterpark and you can just barely see the ocean if you stand all the way over to the right side on the balcony. We liked the chairs and umbrella on the beach, however the best chairs are reserved (possibly for owners?). Chairs by the pool get saved earlier than 7am, so if you want a good spot by the pool you might need to set an alarm on vacation. Each day we went to the pool we walked around for at least half an hour to try and find one chair. The majority of the pool chairs were empty all day, but had clothing/towels in them.

This is unit was perfect size for a family of four. The unit was nice decorated and very clean when we checked in. The unit is in good proximity to both pools, elevators, and the parking garage. I would highly recommend this unit. We had a great time.

We have stayed at Waterscape before and always love it. The pools, the beach and the location is perfect. A318 was a great price per night. It conveniently overlooks the heated pool, is close to the elevator, and was the right size for my family of 4. Also the patio furniture was nice. We really appreciate the quiet hours. The only real con our family had was with the room. The carpet was pretty worn and dirty, the furniture does not match what is represented in the pictures but the beds were comfy, the bathrooms and kitchen were clean.

This was our second time at the resort and we really loved our trip. The room was an excellent location, the view overlooking the pools, few doors down from the elevator or a short walk to the parking garage. We love the short walk to the beach and the beach service. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, possibly only thing that was missing was tongs or grilling tools. We loved having a folding drying rack to dry all of the wet suits on the balcony. The couches in the living room have been updated since the picture and were very comfortable.I was worried being so close to the pools would make in noisy in our unit, but if the doors to the balcony were closed it was very quiet. Outstanding communication and quick responses from Vacasa when I needed to text them questions, very impressed with their customer service including allowing us to check in early since our room was available. The only downside with this unit is the master bed might need to be replaced soon, I ended up with terrible back ache from it. It was decorated beautifully, very clean and we loved the patio furniture. All in all we had a great stay and we look forward to our next trip to Vacasa.

This is one of the few vacation rentals I’ve stayed in that was actually as nice as the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Location in the building was convenient to the elevators or stairs and pool access. Beach chairs and umbrella set up on the beach is always nice to have included with your stay. Easy parking. Would definitely stay again!
