This condo was beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle!

We had a blast! We had all adults on this trip and it was perfect for us, but even if we had kids with us it would’ve been perfect for them too! I loved the layout and the furniture, very accommodating for 5 adults!

Great Location, super nice unit!

We loved the condo!! Location was perfect for our visit, short walk to beach and gym across the street. Primary bedroom and bath were very spacious and loved the view of the pools/lazy river.

Family Fun in the Sun!!

The condo was perfect!! Plenty of room for our family of five and the best location!! We've always rented houses when in the area so I was really nervous about the condo experience when we initially booked. Sp glad we did and hope to be back soon!!

Perfect stay

We love staying at this resort and this was our first time staying at this property. 100% recommend. Place was clean and exactly as described. Good location with bay and pool views. Owner even sent out a list of places to eat, things to do, etc. My only “complaint” is that there was no pen to sign the guestbook, and I didn’t have one, so we weren’t able to do that. I always enjoy reading about other peoples adventures!

Awesome vacation with family

We loved the lazy River and watching all the boats in the Bay. The boat ride to crab island was awesome. And afternoon walks on the beach . We will be back for sure.

Location and pools were great. Several restaurants close by. Floors weren't the cleanest. Communication could have been better but not a deal breaker. Would stay again.

Beautiful Condo! We loved the resort!

We had a wonderful time at this resort! The lazy river and beautiful pools were a big hit with our kids (ages 9, 6 & 2)! We enjoyed the beach and especially really appreciated the chairs that were provided by the owners! The close restaurants were also a great addition! We had everything we needed within walking distance! Thank you for allowing us to stay in Heron 607, we will definitely return!!

We had a great time away as a family!! The place was great and pool was so fun!! It was a bit of a trek to the beach but we adjusted quickly! My only thing was I wish we either had an umbrella with beach stuff or beach service was included with room. Thanks for a great great time away!!

Great vacation! Tropical Storm Fred moved east and our weather turned out beautiful☀️ Condo was wonderful. Clean and spacious with great Bay view and Lazy River. Lots of fun memories for our family. Would definitely return to this condo again😎

The property was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen had all of the pans, pots, etc that we needed. The location was great and within walking distance to many things. The purpose of our visit was for our daughter’s National dance competition and we had a great time!

What a great week! Heron 607 is a beautiful condo with everything you need for your week at the beach. David is so nice and helpful. We have stayed in many condos at Destin West and look forward to returning to Heron 607.

David the property owner was very accomodating to our needs and responds very quickly to any concerns and needs. The condo was very relaxing and spacious and had everything you need including beach chairs, which was a huge plus!! The condo overlooks the pool, which is a nice view, and although on the poolside it is very quiet. Would recommend staying here.

Can't wait to come back!

We are a family of five and we could not have asked for a better place to stay to enjoy our vacation! The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean, and the outside amenities made our week! Our three teenage children enjoyed the amazing lazy river and hot tubs every night until close while my husband and I relaxed after days enjoying Destin and the beautiful beach! The Destin West beach area is so beautiful we felt no need to explore other beaches in the area (we were so thankful for the beach buggy and extras included with the condo!!). We truly cannot wait to figure out a time to come back!

Great family trip!

The location was great. We used the helpful suggestions in the packet provided with our stay and everyone loved Gary on the private fishing trip. The condo was clean and had all the cookware needed to cook anything. It was nice to have beach chairs rentals on the beach and the 2 additional chair and umbrella at the room, to carry to the beach. We sat on the balcony every chance we had. We will be back!!!!

Family vacation

Loved the condo! Pictures match what condo looks like. Condo was clean. Big enough for all of us. Great location! Lazy river is awesome. We love staying here. Very clean and close to everything in Fort Walton! Jet ski and pontoon rental next door! Would recommend this condo. Walking distance to beach and loved the fireworks during the summer on wednesdays!! You will love this condo!!

Great Condo for Family Vacation

The Condo was in a great location. Close to Destin to visit and do activities, but a lot more peaceful. The Condo was as pictured if not better. The couches had been updated and that really was my only concern in the photos before booking that they looked to be worn down, but they ended up looking as though they had just replaced them and not taken new photos yet. There was enough space for our 3 kids and grandparents traveling with us which was nice. Extras that were there when we arrived like free standing fans, a large extra blanket, and extra pillows in the closet and items for the beach like chairs and the umbrella was a nice touch too. The AC works great and we were very glad we went with this 6 floor option over lower ones with the lazy river and pool so close. The lazy river was a little too cold for our older travelers but the kids didn't mind it. Next year we know to travel a few weeks later for the best temps but overall we had the best time and it was so nice to not have to worry about anything while we were staying there. This is a great host. We never had to contact them. Emails, checkin codes, and checkout policies arrived in our inbox well before we needed to ask for them. Lots of great restaurants nearby and it was nice not to have to pay for beach access and parking. Thanks for a wonderful stay with awesome amenities. We will for sure be looking into other rentals this family offers.
