    Included in your stay, between March and October there are chair and umbrella set-ups on the beach. They also offer kayak and paddle board rentals for $20/hr.

    Enjoy our lovely vacation home on Okaloosa Island. Newly remodeled in light bright pastels, flat screen TV's, and King memory foam mattress, etc. The sugar white beach and emerald green water are just out the back door.

    Watch the dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening from the spacious patio. There is a grill for cookouts, and we have beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for fun on the beach. The Pier and Boardwalk are an easy walk down the beach.

    Villas capri is located between the Surf Dweller Condominiums and the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort on Okaloosa Island, off of Santa Rosa Boulevard at:

My husband and I loved our stay at this property, but it seemed to be a little over priced compared to other condos in the complex that have had bath and kitchen updates. The ease of going back and forth to the beach was awesome!

This property is great for a couple, we stayed here once before. It truly is beachfront, and no stairs! Our pup enjoyed sitting on the breezy patio with us! It is close to Destin, but not as crowded. It is a beautiful view of the gulf!

Great space for a couple. Extremely clean and well-decorated. It’s so great to pull right up to your beach condo and just go a few feel to unload your car. And being able to walk right from your back porch to the ocean in just several steps is super. We recommend.

Piece of paradise

We enjoyed 6 days of paradise, pictures and descriptions were just as described. We really enjoyed getting up in the morning and going down to the beach where our chairs and umbrella were waiting. Very nice amenity to have available. There was also a nice walking trail across the street so we could walk our dog. I would love to come back and stay again sometime.

It was a lovely property. We enjoyed being able to walk out the back door to the beach whenever we wanted. The patio was nice in the evenings and we ate dinner there more than once. We came with two small dogs and we took long walks along the sidewalk across the street. Such a nice stay. We would come again.

Love this pet friendly condo

It would have been a wonderful stay, but my senior dog just didn't do well there, so we left early. The condo was cute and comfy and the patio door led right to the beach. Everything was as described. Watch your dog's feet in the grass, we pulled thorns out of my dogs feet, and they were all in the grass by the condo.

Villa Capri

Only complaints are that the AC use was limited. The unit wouldn't allow anything cooler than 72 and I'm sure that it never reached that temperature the entire time. The calibration was manipulated. So the nights were a little uncomfortable in the unit. And the laundry is an app based pay per use system. But they don't tell you that you must upload 10 each time you use the app. The listing seemed to suggest that laundry machines were part of the unit.These are just minor complaints and it's not enough to deter us from booking again. The unit was very clean and plenty of room for a family of four. Right on the beach and can walk straight out to the water just a little over a hundred feet away. The included beach chair service was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend Villa Capri. And we'll definitely be going back.

This vacation was amazing. My husband and I stayed in a different unit at Villas Capris last year while they were re-stuccoing the building. The condo had no decor or color and no storage space. There were scaffolding & plastic covering our back & front doors, the back patio wasn’t useable and forget trying to relax inside the condo from 8-5. This year was the complete opposite. My 80 year old parents came with us. This condo was adorable and clean and the decor made the experience so “beachy!” My folks slept in the bedroom, which had a giant bureau and 2 end tables which was more than enough space for their things. We stayed in the main living room on the pull out couch which, for a sofa bed, was fairly comfortable for us and we are in our 50’s. The TV stand in the living room had 8 drawers which was plenty of space for all of clothing. We liked that each sleeping area had a door so we wouldn’t disturb the other couple to access the bathroom. I was worried about not having an oven (there is a stove top) but I cooked fresh salmon in the toaster oven and it tasted delicious! We cooked all but 2 meals at home so the kitchen worked out well for us. We rented an extra set of beach chairs with an umbrella so all 4 of us could be comfortable for the day. The short path between those chairs and the condo allowed me to watch my folks walk back & forth and see if they needed assistance because of their mobility issues. We are definitely booking for next year!
