This unique boathouse is built out over the bayou & features a covered boat slip for your boat! Located on Ferry Road adjacent to Fort Walton Yacht Club, this is the perfect location for coastal boating fun!

Large deck downstairs fronting the slip & large upper deck overlooking the sparkling waters of Cinco Bayou with stunning sunset views.

Access Crab Island, Choctawhatchee Bay & the Gulf of Mexico by boat in minutes!

Located steps away from Fort Walton Yacht Club- perfect for regattas!

Enjoy stunning views of the best sunsets every night from the boat house dock.

There is access to public tennis courts minutes away. There are two sets of public pickleball courts a short drive away (Jet Drive Park and Mooney Park). Fort Walton Beach Municipal Golf Course is only a 15-minute drive away.

There are multiple public beach access points in the area. We recommend Beasley Park which is 10 minutes away.

Street park as many cars as you would like for free in front of the boathouse. There is also room to street park your boat trailer.

The covered boat slip is 44x18 feet. There are multiple boat launches in the area within a 5-minute drive.

The boat house is fully air-conditioned with air scrubbers installed in 2024.

The boat house only has a spiral staircase connecting the first floor (kitchen/living room/bathroom) and second floor (bedrooms/bathroom). The spiral staircase may present a mobility challenge for some guests and is not recommended for small children.

Please do not leave children unattended on the dock or deck.
