This wonderful Gulf-front rental has a commanding view of the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. The living room will provide you access to this wonderful private balcony. You will enjoy sitting on the balcony which is furnished with chairs and a table for your comfort and enjoyment. The floor-to-ceiling patio doors enhance your view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen comes equipped with all the comforts of home, including a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals are supplied for your convenience. If you elect to not eat in, then there are many wonderful restaurants located nearby; as well as shopping, available in Fort Walton Beach and Destin, Florida. This unit has three TVs, two DVD players, and a CD stereo system located in the living room. Island Princess is located directly on the snow-white sands on Okaloosa Island, just steps from the most sought-after waters of the Gulf Coast. On-site, enjoy the hot tub and heated outdoor pool, as well as a fitness center. The relaxing and welcoming atmosphere of Island Princess will easily make it your go-to vacation destination for years to come.

Very close to the end water. The free beach chair service was a major plus, especially for my handicapped mom. The beds were soft and comfortable. The furniture was comfortable. It had all we needed to cook dinner. I would stay again.

If you’re looking for a great location on the beach with great views, this is a good option. If you’re looking for a place that is clean and well maintained, I wouldn’t recommend this one. For the amount of cleaning fees you pay, you would think they would take the time to clean it. There was hair in the shower, the kitchen drawers are very dirty, they didn’t vacuum the carpets prior to arrival large clump of hair on the carpet. The mattress is very worn and uncomfortable and needs replaced. It served the purpose of having a place on the beach, but it was nothing spectacular. Definitely needs some updating and a good thorough cleaning (baseboards to ceiling).

This unit was a nice place to stay in the Fort Walton Beach area. The condo has a nice layout, terrific double wide opening doors to a straight on view of the Gulf and overall was a great location. The only thing I can say negative about it is that ALL of the beds were just horrible. The owners definitely need to replace these saggy back killers.

had to call 3 times to get someone on the phone to fix toilet.no sheets for twin beds refrigerator would not keep things cold. sliding glass doors no outside handles light outside front door did not work. was not worth what I paid for it.

The unit was fine, but no one warned us of major building renovations that would be occurring during our stay despite having booked nine months prior. No one is responding to emails. The noise and dust ruined our vacation. We had to wear earplugs in the unit to avoid being driven insane from the sounds of drilling, sanding, etc. They only offered to refund the last week of our stay or move us, and they did move us to a different building for the last week. This does not change the fact that the owner and Vacasa made money on this unit during heavy building renovations without giving any warning or opportunity to change buildings for our month-long stay.

Upon entering the condo it seemed to be clean and tidy. The windows were filthy and we actually saw a drip of, what we think is blood, and we had to clean it off of the window in the bedroom. Right away I noticed that there was no paper that laid out all the information we needed to enjoy our stay . This is something we have had at every condo we have ever stayed it. So as such, we had no idea how to even turn on the television. There were 3 remotes and 3 devices. It took us 20 minutes to just turn on the television. The first thing I wanted to do was take a shower. I almost killed myself because there was no shower matt and the tub is incredibly slick. We went out and bought a shower matt so we could safely take a shower. We found a shower matt under the sink behind the towels on friday. This is something that could have been put on the information sheet that we didnt recieve. There was no broom and dust pan to sweep up the sand or in case we broke something to get the glass up. Luckily we didnt break anything. If you plan on using the kitchen bring your own pans. They have some pots but only one 8inch pan. There were only 3 of us but that is way to small to cook a meal for 3. We bought a new 12 inch pan so we could cook. The wifi password was difficult to discern. It was sent to us in a text and labeled as network, nowhere was the word wifi. So we had to deduce this. Again, this could have been on the sheet that we didnt have. The furniture did not look as nice as the pictures made it look. Its old, worn out, and not comfortable. We have been coming to florida and renting a condo for 5 years now and this is the least satisfied we have been. I understand it cannot be perfect, but all of these small issues make a vacation very difficult. Please dont let anyone else go through what we did. The ability for this condo to be great is evident with just a few upgrades.

This condo was great and clean when we arrived! We had a BEAUTIFUL view from the balcony, short easy walk to the pool and beach which was very convenient. AC works great and beds were comfy. Kitchen was equipped with plenty and did have a coffee pot. We did bring a crockpot and electric skillet which helped w cooking ideas to help not eat out every meal. We went to the beach early about 7am to claim the complimentary umbrella & 2 lounge chairs that come w your room. To buy another set it was $45. You can also rent paddle boards & kayaks by the hour. Our teenage kids enjoyed it. Booked a fishing trip and boats docks were a short drive. We will definitely stay here again next time we vacation here!

This is the 2nd time that my wife and I have used Vacasa, and they have been fantastic both times. Very comfortable rooms and amazing views. Very few minor things I’d recommend updating including the outdoor patio handles and the size of the TV inside. It was also really nice having 2 chairs and an umbrella included in our stay.
