    FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! THIS UNIT HAS A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY REQUIREMENT DURING PEAK SEASON SO BOOK IT NOW BEFORE IT IS GONE! "Seas the Day" a week or a month at the Gulf Dunes condo 301. It is a 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom eastside corner unit located right on the beach with phenomenal full gulf front views. Come enjoy the sugary white sand and the sparkling blue waters that our unspoiled and uncrowded beach has to offer. This condo has new owners and all furniture has been replaced, it has stainless steel appliances and the entire condo has been painted. The kitchen is fully equipped with all brand new appliances and stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to cook up a feast for your entire group. This kitchen even has a Keurig, a crock pot, and Hot Air Popcorn popper.

    The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed, 3rd bedroom - 2 full beds. Queen seeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

We have stayed in Gulf Dunes 5 different times and always come back. We had one small issue which was a stopped up sink that was resolved very quickly. We would definitely come back to this rental.

The nice thing about the complex is the representative is onsite 5 days a week. The maintenance guys could not be nicer. Really fabulous people! The unit is recently remodeled and beautiful. The living room furniture looks wonderful but is really not too comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. The unit appears clean but we found toys behind the couches and under the beds so we know the cleaning folks are just doing a surface clean. We did have roaches the last 3 days of our stay (and we don’t cook there or leave food out unless it’s in Ziploc bags) so that was really disappointing. The beach is ideal and the beach service guy, Dan, was super-friendly and helpful. His guys always had our chairs up and ready to go each morning by the time we got down there! Excellent experience! Although the pool is small, it’s sufficient and spotlessly clean!!! Parking was excellent.

Great location

The condo was right on the beach. We couldn't have been any closer. Really convenient to come back in and out when we wanted to. Plenty of great food within walking distance. The covered parking spot was great to keep my car away from the elements.

Beautiful view of the beach, gulf, and pier. Nice third floor end unit condo in a quiet area, close to groceries and restaurants. Plenty of space for our family. Kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and small appliances. Love that the beach service was included.

Close enough to Destin if you want to take part in the tourist activities, but far enough away from the noise. We loved that the building only has 6 floors. It is steps from the beach and has 2 great pools to use. The daily beach service is also an awesome perk. Highly recommend this condo. We will be booking this condo again. Whenever we return to the island.

Exactly as expected

This unit was exactly as described in the listing. The location is convenient for both Ft. Walton and Destin and is within walking distance to several restaurants. We enjoyed eating at FUBAR the most. We took advantage of the chair and umbrella rental several times during our stay and it was a very smooth process. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and we were fortunate enough to check-in early. We would definitely recommend this unit and wouldvstay here again in the future.
