Soak up the sun at Gulfside condominiums in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Relax at this unique property that overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from the private balconies or Rooftop pool! Walk right out to the beach! There is nothing like the million-dollar views from the rooftop pool deck! This property is close to all local restaurants, entertainment, and attractions. Visit The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing, or The Boardwalk just up the road. You can even bring your pet!


This 1 bedroom/2 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, separate dining area, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

The property was wonderful, the balcony view of the Gulf was spectacular! The condo was decorated very nicely with artwork. FYI, the icemaker did not work & the bdrm tv lost connection a few times.

Great Vacation Spot!
This condo provided everything that we needed for our vacation. We were directly on the beach, where we enjoyed watching the dolphins, sting rays and pelicans. We also got to see some of the helicopters up close as they flew along the shoreline. When we first arrived, I left the code to enter the condo in the condo. The management was contacted and within in minutes they were in contact with us even though it was after hours. I really appreciated the managements quick response! The condo was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the kitchen while I was cooking, was amazing! We brought our 2 Dachshunds, a dog bed was provided. There was an area near the road that our dogs could utilize, which also had a station that provided bags for your dogs waste and a trash can for that as well. The only issue we had was the people in the unit next door slamming the door at all hours, which woke us up almost every night. But this was just the renters next door having no consideration for others around them. Other than that, we found the peace and quiet that we were looking for in our vacation. The pool on the roof is wonderful. We would definitely stay at Gulfside again.

This was our first time to Fort Walton Beach, the condo was spotless and well appointed. Though it is a bit older, that was ok! Beach and water was pristine! My only negative is that there is no dining within walking distance. It would have been really nice to have dinner overlooking the ocean at a restaurant. But we definitely would come back

A Nice Fort Walton Beach Stay
I would definitely stay here again. Decent Kitchen but overhead lights were super bright and didn't always fully turn on. Thought there would be salt/pepper packs, but none. Lots of closets but no clothes hangers. Clean bathrooms but no shower/bath soap. There was some kind of leak at front sliding door. My exercise towel was wet the morning after rain. The lighting outside this condo was poor. A couple fixtures were not working. Although this was pet friendly which was very nice for my dog, the beach rules as i was told by several people, did not allow dogs. That would have been nice to know! I've just pointed out a few things that can readily be fixed. A very spacious condo and I would definitely rent again! The management was very helpful and patient with me!

Look No Further!
If you are looking for an amazing place in Ft. Walton Beach, look no further. This property has EVERYTHING. An amazing view, the most comfortable bed, the best pool on the beach, and excellent complimentary chair service, just to name a few of the many benefits! My husband and I got to take our two pups (the best part) and out of many trips to the gulf coast, this was our favorite spot. You will not be disappointed!
