New twin bunks add to the appeal and 2 full bathrooms insure al of Pinkie's guests have room to primp. The Master King Suite is well-appointed and the inviting retreat you deserve. Comfy Queen size sleeper sofa adds extra sleep space and no complaints here.
Two flat screened TVS and DVD players are ready for use along with a WII game system and games for your enjoyment. Fully-equipped granite & stainless kitchen includes all dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware to complete and serve meals. Dining table seats 6 with additional outside balcony dining for 4. Unit includes washer and dryer. The open living area features plenty of natural light.

Amazing property!

My family and I had a great vacation. The property was clean and exactly as expected from the description. It had all the necessary kitchen supplies and even had beach toys that my kids were able to enjoy! The property was a quick walk down to the pool and the beach! Would definitely recommend and plan on coming back!

Great stay. Clean. Very pleased. Contacted Pinkie once during my stay (at check-in) to ask about checking in early. She responded very quickly and room was ready in early afternoon.

Condo was very clean. Resort very kid friendly. Kids loved the lazy River and best of all the heated pool. Condo included beach chairs and umbrella which made it easier to enjoy beach time. Environment felt very safe.

Overall, we had a good stay. The pool, lazy river and free beach chairs were amazing. My son and husband enjoyed some quality time together playing on the Wii. The only negative review I have is the condo could use a better cleaning service. Our feet were black after walking around the day we arrived before even going to the beach or pool. The tub was also dirty.

Overpriced

There were so many hidden fees for housekeeping and vrbo. The place was outdated. The pools and hot tubs were gross. The beach chair guys are the rudest things ever. That has stayed consistent for years. We come for a dance competition and bring lots of business. We are treated awful consistently by the very powerful chair crew.

Perfect place! Perfect resort!

Our condo was the perfect size for our family of three. First thing you noticed was how clean the place was as well as the little touches (dish soap, towels, shampoo, lotion, and bar of soap). Communication with Pinkie was easy and she always responded quickly. Plenty of linens, pillows, blankets, etc. Bed was comfortable as well. Table and chairs on the balcony was great for lunches and dinners. Furniture in the living room is a little old, but honestly it didn't bother us much because most of our time was spent outside! The resort is fantastic and SO family friendly. So many pool options and such a short and easy walk to the beach. Beach service (two chairs w/ umbrella) was provided everyday and was such a nice option. The resort and beach were so clean. We had a fantastic trip and cannot wait to stay again! Would DEFINITELY recommend Pinkie as well was Waterscape. Cannot wait to come again :-)

Great Place

It was our first, week long vacation since 1982 without kids. Condo was very comfortable. Bed was nice and comfortable. It was great to be able to park in the garage and not have far to walk to the condo. We really enjoyed all the pools, lazy river, and hot tubs. I had knee surgery just weeks before so it was nice to have access to elevators when needed. We would definitely stay again.

Didn't want to leave!

This was our second stay at Waterscape, but won't be our last! We really love this place! Our kids have nonstop fun in the pool area (the lilly pad/ropes course is a big hit) and having two hot tubs is a bonus! We also love that Ft. Walton is just minutes away from Destin. This unit was clean and had everything we needed. We did bring a soft foam mattress pad to put on the pull-out sofa and I'm glad we did because it did not feel very comfy without it. The kitchen had all of the necessary basics which was nice. Only disappointment was that we could not really see the ocean from the balcony (just a sliver) and could not see the main pool at all. It does have a nice view of the kiddie area and palm trees though. The unit sits pretty far back away from the ocean. The plus side, is that it is VERY convenient to the parking garage and it was so nice to be able to quickly and easily get to our car without dealing with elevators. Check-in was effortless...we arrived before noon and were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready. Enter the key code and you're done! Also loved having the 2 beach chairs with umbrella included every day. Get out early to snag some close to the water! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely stay here again!

Father/Daughter Time

The condo had everything we could have asked for. The pull-out sofa made it easy for my daughter and me to have our own space throughout our stay. The location was great! I expected more of the surrounding town but have no complaints whatsoever. Pinkie was attentive to our needs and responded immediately to our minor concern. There are a TON of activities to do in the area and, on those lazier days, the pools and lazy river on site are just what is needed. The condo was a true "home away from home" for us. Should we ever look into heading back to the Fort Walton/Destin area, we will definitely consider staying here again!

Nice clean place

Property was great. Only thing I would say bad (which really not that big deal) was pullout couch would only sleep 2 people and a little uncomfortable. But very clean! And owner easy to work with. Now condos were a little busy but I think it’s normal for this complex due to size. Family friendly. Pools were great and grounds are maintained nicely. It is nice having umbrella and chairs, however if you want to be close to the water get up early and get your chairs otherwise you will be far back in the “u” shape they put them in. Over all had a good experience at the condo and Ft. Walton as always is good place to visit.
