Fun in the sun! The Pelican Isle Beach Resort located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL is your ticket to paradise! This beach front resort provides million-dollar views of the sandy white beaches and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Spend the day at the beach, take a dip in the swimming pool, soak in the hot tub, visit the fitness center, or grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area. Visit nearby restaurants or enjoy an outing to nearby attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. This resort is a beachgoer’s dream!

Pelican Isle Resort is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. No smoking inside condominium units, on balconies, or in common areas. This applies to all substances, regardless of legal status. Violators are subject to penalties.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. Oversized vehicles will fit in the parking garage.

This 1 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and dining area. A living room with floor-to-ceiling glass sliders with direct gulf views, and a private balcony. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, blackout draperies, and a flat screen TV. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second full size bathroom. A set of twin size bunk beds in the hallway. Full size stackable washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Just amazing

This is a great property to stay at. First, I love having the digital lock so there are no keys to lose when you are at the beach. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and there are so many towels and dishes. I was so lucky to find this property.

Quick Weekend trip

Very Good oceanfront condo!

The location is great, easy access to beach. The condo is located at the end of the hallway, away from elevator so fairly quiet. View from balcony is outstanding! We would stay again.

A great trip

Property was perfect for what we needed. We were further down the beach which was nice not as crowded as those big resorts. Beach service was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay there again. Communication with rental company was great, they answered within minutes.

A Relaxing Retreat with Gulf Views

This property offered a relaxing getaway. The rooms feature coastal decor and stunning Gulf views. Enjoyed the pool and fitness center, plus friendly staff. However, one drawback was the constant intrusion of cigarette smoke from a neighbor's balcony. Since you can't control your neighbors, it's still a great spot for a beach retreat.

Perfect place to stay with family

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was amazing. So easy with the check in and out. They had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen space was perfect for cooking breakfast before heading out to the beach. everything from paper towels, utensils, pots and pans were provided.

This condo has everything you need including the view! This is a family friendly condo that is clean & adorable. My family loved how private this area is! Pool & hot tub was well kept & relaxing. Beach chairs were set up each day with no hassle. Parking was safe and convenient. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place. Kitchen was fully stocked. There were plenty of towels. The decor was very pleasing. Right on the beach. Amazing view. Highly recommend staying here. I just instructions came along with the tv and remote controllers.
