Providing comfort while away from home this condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with excellent views of the sunset from your private balcony! Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Free WiFi provides entertainment when at home. Special property amenities include excellent Gulf beach access, a seasonally heated Gulf-side swimming pool with an oversized sundeck, a lighted tennis court, and kayak rentals. Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Awful Room! Great Customer service.

This room was awful. The pictures are deceiving. We walked in and a smell hit us. We were so disappointed. The paint was peeling off the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. The pillows had blood stains on them and the pillow cases were dirty. Honestly there was so much more wrong I could write a book about it. We VRBO quite often and this is the one time we would not stay and just deal with this room. I read the other reviews and decided to give it a try. Boy was I wrong. Don't walk run from this property. The blessing was the property management. They wasted no time in finding us another unit. No smell, and it all was in order. I would go back to this property because the property management team was so awesome and rectified the situation.

Unit needs TLC

The unit itself needs TLC in bathroom . Trim in bathroom in need of replacement. Kitchen was average but the front door safety latch needs to be addressed. View was amazing and the property was wonderful location. Would take little effort to bump this unit up but it does need TLC.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Condo is was clean. Check in and out was super easy. The weather wasn’t great so we enjoyed our time on the balcony and still was able to be on the “beach”.

Great vacation location

Great location on the beach. Check-in/out process very easy. Unit could use some attention to detail. Missing slats on glass door blinds. Couple of burnt out light bulbs.

Great location, excellent view

Great little condo for my daughter (11yr) and I. Amenities were nice, condo was pretty dated but clean. We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is the coffee table needs to go! Its unusually low and glass.. My daughter, myself and 2 guests all hit our ankles on it😬. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much. The view is amazing!

Owner has no pride

We have rented several condos over the past few years. I grew up in FWB and was ashamed that someone would rent this unit to guest to the area. Glass still missing from nightstand, mold in bathtub, doors falling off, blinds missing and different, unit very very dated, bathroom sink leaking and soaked everything we put under skink, decor depressing and has nothing to do with being at the beach. We were on our honeymoon and left 2 days early after everything was destroyed under the sink. Owner appears to not care one bit about the guest. I would never rent this unit again. Maintenance for Vacasa was wonderful, unfortunately the unit needs to be shut down and updated and repaired. It was just plain nasty and dirty. Vacasa offered to move us to a place that looked over a parking lot. Really, IT WAS OUR HONEYMOON!!!! I wish i could attach pics. I will probably never rent anything Vacasa is managing, seeing what they will accept and seemed to not care about our situation. Stay away from this unit! Whoever the owner is of this condo, sell it so someone can fix it and not ruin another persons vacation. I can not even write a bad enough review to explain how bad this experience was!!!!! By the way.... get rid of the books about death, unless you are a little off, who wants to read that on a beach vacation!!!

Not quite the experience we were hoping for.

Let me start by saying that the condo overall was a nice unit and the view was great. However, there were some issues as well. Although we were aware that there would be renovations going on during our stay, we were a little disappointed that there was no access to the balcony at all. This is a big part of why we love going to the beach. Upon arrival, the floors were still somewhat dirty. Some of the blinds were missing and/or broken. The ceiling in a few areas appeared to be slightly damaged due to water/moisture. And the tub appeared to be leaking during showers, but was determined to be just water collecting around the ledges and running off onto the floor. The shower curtain wasn't adequate for preventing this. By the time it was noticed, nearly half the bathroom floor was wet, which used up most of our towels. Also, there appears to be a leak or a bad gasket underneath the sink in the plumbing. At one point I reached for garbage bags underneath and there seemed to be a slight amount of standing water. Hopefully, some of these areas can be addressed for future guests to have a wonderful experience. If we would have stayed longer than 2 days, we would have contacted staff to try and find a different unit, or at a minimum had maintenance come and fix the areas that could be fixed.

Neat, clean and roomy.

We loved this unit except for the bed and the bathtub. The bed was way too soft and very uncomfortable. The bathtub was dangerously slick. We purchased a tub mat to use while we were there to keep from falling.
