Completely RENOVATED- new living room furniture, bedroom furniture, upgraded bathroom with beautiful walk-in shower. This beautiful beach themed unit sports a huge balcony with fun, colorful, polywood balcony furniture. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the needed appliances to ensure your peace of mind while preparing your favorite meals for your friends and family! Unit is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. No need to worry about losing keys as this unit has a KEY-LESS ENTRY!!

This 3 bedroom beach front condo is TRULY amazing!! Great layout with the master bedroom located directly on the beach side with its own direct access to the balcony; a spacious kitchen with GRANITE counter-tops, a full size dining room table to accommodate all of your guests and family members. An additional entry way to the balcony is located off of the living room. The living rooms boasts a 75 inch TV for your entertainment and enjoyment!

Additionally every bedroom boasts a 55 inch TV. Twin beds in the guest bedroom have been replaced with full size beds. The VIEWS are unbelievable; you will be able to take in the beautiful scenery Okaloosa Island has to offer! Summer Place is a wonderful property with a pool area that everyone LOVES. You can enjoy the largest pool on the Island or kick back and relax in the hot tub. This condo also provides free wireless internet. Great location on the Okaloosa Island, walking distance to the Okaloosa Pier and restaurants. VERY CLOSE to downtown Fort Walton Beach and only 7 miles to Destin.

We stay at summer place every year for near 10 years now. Never disappoints. Staff is terrific, location phenomenal! We brought our parents this year to celebrate their 60th Anniversary!!!! and they loved it! Thanks again! See ya next year!

This will be at the top of our places to return.The only issue, no fault to the condo or management company was the water issue due to construction caused us not to be able to use one shower.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was nice. All of the beds and pillows were not comfortable. Maintenance had to be called due to the master bath drain being clogged and flooded the floor. The hot tub stopped working. Few days later maintenance was called again due to the ac going out. We were moved to a different unit in a different building. That unit was outdated and a cheaper price, but we were not offered any type of refund despite being moved to a cheaper priced condo. Both units needed to be cleaned better.

Great location for families

My family really enjoyed the condo. Very spacious with nice furnishings and features. Excellent ocean view and easy walk to the beach. Great location, not too crowded and close drive to attractions and restaurants. Great spot for families!

The new table and chairs were so nice and so comfy. Also the washer and dryer were so nice and big, versus those tiny ones in most condos. The complimentary umbrellas and chairs were so nice. Jake (the umbrella guy) took great care of us. Also, we ate at Old Bay Steamer across the street and the food was amazing!

Favorite place in Ft. Walton

This is our 3rd trip to Ft.Walton and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. The place was spacious, clean and updated. The view was amazing and could see the sand and waves as soon we we walked in the door. Location is perfect. An easy walk to a few restaurants plus an easy drive to a lot more. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a family, we have stayed in many of the resorts along the Ft. Walton beach area and I have to say 302 has probably been our favorite. We loved the kitchen and the living room, especially the couch, which was probably my favorite part. The only complain would be the size of the beds in the third bedroom. I think some extra furniture was added such as small dressers, which left less room for the beds and also made the room feel smaller. Most of the dressers were unused due to us just living out of suit cases anyway. Other than that, we will definitely be booking here next year.
