Come stay at Summerlin condominiums located along the white sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This quiet gulf front beauty stands tall over the emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Relax on your private balcony and listen to the waves roll in and soak in the watercolor sunsets. Relax at the beach or take a swim in the gulf side pool. Enjoy the convenience of being close to all local restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions. Just around the corner you will find The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Gulfarium, and The Boardwalk Pavilion. It is just a short 10-minute drive to Destin where the adventure continues!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A very large, fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals with a separate dining area. A living room with floor-to-ceiling glass siders that provide the backdrop to your beach vacation, a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, black out draperies, a 50" flat screen TV/DVD player, and a private balcony. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV/DVD player, black out draperies, a private bathroom, and balcony access. A second bedroom with full size bed as well as a set of twin size bunk beds, and an attached full-size bathroom.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Great condo on the beach. It was very clean. Loved the beach service, coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. If there was anything wrong, had trouble working the TV in the living room. The best sunsets ever!!!!

Lovely condo

Condo is great. Overlooks the beach and pool. Well furnished. The property management are great. Had a small problem with the TV remote but was fixed right away. Don't be afraid to rent this condo.

Good value

For what this unit cost we were well pleased. You can spend a whole lot more and get a fancier condo in Florida, but this unit was comfortable and convenient. We loved being right on the beach and on the second floor which made it very convenient for getting out on the beach. Beach toys and towels were provided and two beach chairs were available on the beach for each unit. We liked staying in a smaller complex as the beach stayed much less crowded. The only down side to a smaller complex is that the pool is small, but again the pros outweighed the cons. The rental agency was very easy to work with also.
