An elegant beachfront unit with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The master bedroom is located on the Gulf side with direct entry to the beach front balcony; with a second balcony entrance directly to the beach-front living room. BEAUTIFUL FLOORING throughout the unit and the Kitchen is a DREAM COME TRUE - stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, large island, and lots of kitchen cabinetry. The Master bedroom features a KING size bed, flat screen TV, and has direct balcony access.

This stylish unit on the first floor of the Summerlin offers an elevated view of all the action on the beach; sporting high-end, good quality furniture with an elevated view. Features in this unit include a full kitchen, a large island counter, full-size washer and dryer, and huge wall-size mirrors along with beautiful tile flooring. The two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa can accommodate up to six guests. This unit also has designated garage covered parking.


Unit amenities include a 42" Vizio flat-screen TV in the living area, a 32" Vizio flat-screen TV in the master bedroom, a 32" TV in the guest bedroom and an iPod/iPhone audio player/charger with clock.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, and March.

Nice, Clean Property.

This was a very nice, clean property we stayed at for a baseball tournament for my grandson. It was very convenient, close to a store and restaurants, and had very easy access to your car and parking. Nice, quiet place.

Very nice property in a great laid back location

My family really enjoyed this property . The location is great as it is away from all the hustle and bustle of Destin. We ask appreciated the reserved garage parking . In summary , we really enjoyed our vacation .

Great vacation!

We loved everything about this condo… the view, location was easy access to the beach, the pool, golfing, dining, and other entertainment in the area. Condo was very clean. Loved the app that was sent to us that gave us all of the information needed from getting our parking pass to checking in as well as recommendations for local restaurants, etc. We would highly recommend this condo and location.

The center ocean front and pool view were top notch, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Even though the unit is a first floor one, not to worry, the unit sits above the ground level parking area which made the ocean front view perfect. This was my 4th stay at the Summerlin and I'll definitely go back. The area is quiet and family oriented and the Summerlin is small and peaceful. Thanks, Brooks and Shorey, for making our stay an easy and excellent one.
