    Enjoy the Emerald water and the powder white sands of Destin, Ft. Walton Beach Florida, from your private 3rd floor balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and your gulfside swimming pool.

    Summerlin is a beautiful two bedroom condo on Okaloosa Island, in a small 30 unit beachfront complex. This condo has the best of everything for those who only want the finest. FREE high speed wireless internet. 3 TVs, DVD player, books and games. Fully equipped, stainless steel kitchen, dining room seats 6, seperate laundry room--you will love this place.

    Can sleep up to 6 with king bed master bedroom which has its own private bath and opens up to the balcony. Second master is spacious with a king bed and its own bathroom which also opens up into the hall. Also a queen sofa sleeper.

Everything about this vacation reservation was great. The condo unit is very clean, great location without an overcrowded beach and communication with the condo owners is fantastic. The unit did not disappoint and would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway!

I would definitely stay here again The condo was clean and the owners were so friendly and accommodating. It was a girls getaway trip but I will definitely be taking my family back with me. The weather did not cooperate but there are plenty of restaurants that are a quick drive as well as shopping and nail salons!

Best stay in Fort Walton Beach

We’ve spent a week on Fort Walton Beach for the last 5 years. This was our best experience. The unit was clean and well appointed. They even had toys and extra beach chairs. I can’t see us staying anywhere else in the area.

Wonderful Property

We love Summerlin and this condo was just as beautiful as rhe beach! It was very clean, well stocked in rhe kitchen as well as plenty of towels in rhe bathroom. The property itself is perfect and the beach is pristine! We will uae this condo again when we return.

Beautiful place with everything you could need for cooking and being on the beach! Super comfortable beds. Very nice decor. Large showers. Great balcony for great views of the sunrise and sunset!! One of our favorite places ever!!!

Modern, superbly clean unit. Beautiful view of the beach. Loved using the cleaned BBQ grills. Well equipped with modern appliances. The king mattress could be replaced. Will stay here again.

Perfect Place!!!

This is our third stay in this unit and we love it!!! The location cannot be beat and the beach is beautiful and not over crowded. The condo is set up nicely with two fabulous bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk in showers. It is clean and well stocked with plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby easily. We will continue using this condo for as long as it is available.

Loved the fact both the Master Bedroom and Den face the beach. Water was crystal clear and no sea weed. Not real fond of the city of Fort Walton Beach but the condo location is fine. We will likely come again!

Beautiful Condo and Beautiful weather!

Our second time at this beautiful condo. The weather was perfect and the views are amazing. Easy getting into the condo with clear instructions. The only thing we were disappointed is the listing stated DVD player but none was available and as we brought our own DVDs. No a major problem because the views and weather more than made up for it.

Wedding getaway

Our condo was great. It was nicely updated and comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils that you would need to make your meals if desired. There were even some spices and cooking sprays in the cupboard. Another added bonus was the pool or beach gear that was in the laundry room. Very handy.

Amazing time!!

We had an amazing time. The condo was perfect. Plenty of space, clean, up to date and the location was perfect for shopping and eating at all the good places in fort Walton. The view was perfect! We spotted dolphins every day we were there. After a great day at the beach, we were able to come back and relax in the condo. TV’s and living room was awesome!!! I would highly recommend this condo. Five stars!!
