Very nice place to stay and very affordable. The staff at the cafe were amazing and friendly. And the food was really good. All in all, highly recommend.
This is a great location as your base for your adventures on Ben Nevis......as it says in the name 😀. The staff are friendly and helpful and check-in/out went smoothly.
There is an amazing cafe opposite that serves snacks, full meals and drinks. Also on site is the bike hire and the staff here have excellent knowledge of the area and all things bike related.
To top it off the hotel is situated right on the Nevis gondola station.
Fully recommend staying here.

It was a fantastic venue, room was great, fully loaded and suitable for 6. The resort itself was brilliant, we had breakfast in the cafe in the morning and it was lovely. We will be going back in spring and deffo same hotel
We had a really enjoyable stay at Base Camp Nevis and would definitely recommend it.
The location is fantastic, especially if you’re exploring Fort William and the surrounding Highlands. It’s perfectly placed for visiting Ben Nevis and nearby attractions, while still feeling peaceful and relaxed.
The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a short stay, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and easygoing.
One of the highlights was how convenient it was for starting our daily trips — whether heading to Glenfinnan, Skye, or just enjoying the local scenery. It made our travel plans very smooth.
Overall, a great base for exploring the Highlands. Good value, great location, and a pleasant stay 👍
Helpful, lovely staff who offered lots of useful information; lovely mountain view (albeit over the roof) from the window; great shower and the toiletries were a real surprising highlight - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and moisturiser all provided and all fantastic quality, not the usual rubbish you get, and good to see they were locally made.

Wonderful stay and great staff. They were too kind.
Everything about this place is great. Clean, comfortable and all the staff are excellent. The breakfast is quite simply superb - tasty and loads of it. My 4th visit in as many weeks and will be back again in the new year.
Stayed for a night on our way to Skye so can't comment on skiing/MTN biking but appeared like it would be very good acesss. Very comfortable, warm and useful having a bar and food available on site. Would be nice if the restaurant food had some more veg with the meals but that's being picky. Would stay here again.
