This isn’t just a loft—it’s your quiet claim on the second floor. One bedroom, tucked above a doctor’s office in a building that doesn’t need to shout. Six suites total—two for business, four for living—and you’ve got one of the upstairs four. Private, hushed, yours. A short stroll lands you on Magnolia Street, where Fort Worth’s best tables wait to pour you a drink.

The other three units? Up for grabs on Vrbo. Book ‘em with friends, colleagues—people who travel together but don’t crowd each other. Six suites mean no chaos, just calm. Sure, a siren might hum through the Medical District now and then—proof you’re in the thick of it, without the noise of being lost in it.

Loved the loft and the location!

My activities were mostly downtown and this was the perfect place to stay to be close to everything. I liked the loft itself and felt safe and secure staying here by myself. I communicated with the host during my stay and he was polite and made me feel very welcomed!

Perfect Place

Really great place to stay while in Fort Worth. A few blocks from a number of awesome restaurants. 3-4 min drive to downtown. Super clean, easy and WAY less expensive than any hotel in the vicinity.

Fantastic Location

Last year, we stayed in a boutique hotel downtown. This year, we decided to return to Ft. Worth and stay in a VRBO near Tulips for the Southside Spillover Festival. Smart decision on our part. This location is walking distance to good coffee and the best block of restaurants we've found in Ft. Worth. The owner was also very friendly and responsive.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Location was prime for the Stockyards and downtown Fort Worth. Super clean, comfortable bed, well stocked and very accessible. Great value but not at all poor quality! Will DEFINITELY be booking again! One of our favorite areas to visit!

The apartment was clean and matched the pictures and description. The location was perfect, away from major traffic and easy to get to the cultural district and downtown Ft. Worth. Nice dining area (Magnolia Street) 2 blocks away. Would recommend if visiting the area.

Check in is super easy! The place looks exactly like the pictures. It was very neat and clean. You were provided everything you needed from pots to towels. It was really cozy. It was very comfortable. My family and I truly enjoyed staying there!

Loved my stay, everything was clean, there were also plenty of towels which I loved. Felt very safe there. The only thing I would change in the description is the futon couch, I would list it as a futon chair because the Couch does not pull out into a bed. This by far was one of the best Vrbo rental/stays I’ve had to date!!
