I saw this hotel had good reviews so i decided to stay here. First, the hotel was under construction and wasn't really in a great area. I was afraid my car might get broken in to in that location (it didn't). Plus you had to go through the restaurants parking to get to the hotel it seemed. Second, I checked in they didn't have a room I requested and booked and then was sent to a room that wasn't even cleaned yet! I had to go back to the front desk and request a different room next room I got was clean but all day and night nothing but weird banging sounds it was tough to sleep. The bed was super comfy plus though! Third, my wife couldn't get a hold of me so she called hotel asked if they could ring my room the front desk either wasn't aware my room didn't have a phone or they were just pacifying my wife saying they called my room but I didn't answer. Fourth, the shower pulsed and didn't have a constant spray it wasn't that great of a shower. Fifth the remote i had to ask for one from the front desk then the tv wanted me to created a free account just to watch anything it was absolutely not a great experience overall. I wouldn't recommend this hotel

I arrived for a prepaid room at 2 am and had just driven 8 hours. I was told that there were no rooms and they were overbooked. The desk person was nice , But I was out of luck.
