Not safe for foreigners. Treated rudely by staff and charged extra hidden fees juet for a friend who dropped by for dinner and then left. The hotel wakes up at 5 am and then doors are slamming. When i came in late one night, the desk clerk called the police to complain about noise at 1 am. I cancelled my reservation and they loat enough money to pay that clerk's salary for 6 months. Absolutely rude!!!

We were given 2 hand towels none for shower. Shower never got warm. Handsink doesn't stay on automatically. TV was on snow screen when we arrived at 2am to light the room. Toilet paper got soaked from shower overspray and leaky sink. Bug in the honey and egg shells in the scrambled egg buffet. No soap or shampoo, but the cold shower wasn't enticing anyways

Horrible Hotel

This was a horrible hotel. While I was showering I saw a cockroach and once I was out of the shower I saw baby cockroaches crawling up on the walls. We checked out immediately, but since I booked through Hotels.com and they were unable to reach the hotel manager; therefore, lost my refund. They did not check me out when I left the hotel, so I was also unable to even get a partial refund. I went back to the hotel and the reception provided me with the managers WhatsApp. I messaged him and there has been no response. This hotel is a scam, they know about the infestation, but continue to take reservations online and then they get to keep people’s money as they do not respond to Hotels.com.

Prezados, Venho por meio deste registrar uma reclamação formal referente à minha hospedagem, que foi, sem dúvida, a pior experiência que já tive em viagens, justamente durante minhas férias em família. O hotel encontra-se em estado crítico de conservação, necessitando urgentemente de reforma: paredes descascando, ausência de janelas, móveis antigos e aspecto geral de abandono. O ambiente não condiz em absolutamente nada com as fotos divulgadas no site. Fomos acomodados em um quarto no 5º andar, ao lado da cozinha onde é preparado o café da manhã. O preparo iniciava por volta das 04h30, com intenso barulho de panelas, pratos e conversas, impossibilitando totalmente o descanso. Além disso, a estrutura do andar apresentava grave risco à segurança, especialmente por estarmos viajando com uma criança de 3 anos: Havia um muro muito baixo na saída do quarto, com risco real de queda do 5º andar; A porta do quarto não trancava por dentro, permitindo fácil abertura por uma criança; Existia uma piscina no mesmo andar com acesso livre e sem proteção. Na primeira noite, precisei bloquear a porta com malas e móveis para evitar risco de acidente com meu filho.

O quarto tinha um bom tamanho (funcional); o banheiro do apto era muito pequeno; a ducha higiênica estava com vazamento; o chuveiro ficava gotejando.
