Breakfast was a bit simple, Dinner was good. Great place for outdoor activities, but room was not so good condition(ac outlets were loose and some broken), some strange smell in bathroom. Beds were good and generally very clean room. Personnell were very nice

Razoável, banheiro sem ducha e quarto não tinha o sistema de desligamento inteligente da energia com a chave como mencionado, era trancado na fechadura mesmo, o quarto estava bem limpo, porém acho que deviam investir em modernidade, os móveis do quarto dão um ar antigo ao ambiente. Passeio de bicicleta e caiaque são pagos, mas o restante do salão de jogos não é, mas só pode utilizar durante uma hora por dia. Mas tirando esses pontos, as refeições, limpeza e ambientes do condomínio no geral estão de parabéns.

A experiência deixou muito a desejar. Havia blocos em reforma, com bastante barulho e circulação constante de trabalhadores entre os hóspedes, o que comprometeu o conforto. Para completar, o atendimento no restaurante foi extremamente ruim: cerca de 30 minutos até sermos atendidos e mais de 1 hora para o prato chegar. Não recomendo.

Deixou um pouco a desejar a estrutura do quarto: a banheira (quase que meu marido se machuca sério escorregou e ia batendo a cabeça) , apareceu 2 baratas grandes o que é um horror, não tinha toalha para mãos e nem um pano de prato, o sofá-cama estava em péssima condições. O café da manhã caiu muito a variedade de alimentos, os bolos eram horríveis, não tem opção para intolerante a lactose, sabores de suco muito repetitivo. Já me hospedei várias vezes mais percebo que a qualidade vem caindo muito. O que gosto no aquaville é as piscinas, o visual da natureza e a proximidade com a praia.

O quarto limpo mais o banheiro tinha uma banheira terrível um risco para pessoas idosas se acidentar. O sofá cama estava em péssimas condições de uso. O café da manhã achei pouca variedade deveria incluir opções para intolerante a lactose e diabéticos. Não utilizei os itens da cozinha. Funcionários atenciosos. O espaço de lazer e as piscinas maravilhosas.
