I never had a single cigarette in my mouth, when I was coming from a tour the front desk guy challenged me saying that I smoked in my room. He was extremely rude embarrassing me right in front of other people at the lobby. Horrible situation.

Jeg fikk et soverom full av mygg,dårlig lukt og fuktighet. Også rommet var maks. 9m². Ble syk pga allergisk reaksjon, klarte ikke å stopp å hoste og ble vanskeligå puste, tårer strømmet fra øynene minr . Jeg ba den " ansvarlig person " å flytte meg til et annet rom. Ulike typer unnskyldninger ble skapt, at hotellet var full booked etc.Jeg forklsrte at jeg skulle bli der på resepsjonen hele dager, siden jeg kunne ikke bli i det rommet en dag til. Etter jeg ba mye, ga hun et rom mye bedre. Dagen etterpå stuepiken skiftet ikke laken, ikke helker håndklær og la ikke frem såpen. Jeg ga beskjed til husholdersken. I går, 23.sugust, hadde ikke strøm og vann på hele hotellet. Og den stuepiken kom til soverommet mit og krankle, skrikket og truet meg pga jeg hsdde klaget til deres sjefen. Jeg gikk ned for å snakke med deres sjefen og denne sa at alt hun kunne gjøre er å gi en advsrsel. Jeg forlatte hotellet etterpå og gikk til et nytt hotell. Jeg vil gjener å bli refundert.

O café da manhã é maravilhoso com opões boas! Eles têm uma pequena cozinha que atende a pedidos. Os funcionários muito prestativos. Eu peguei um quarto ruim, super pequeno e nada confortável ,onde se ouvia todo barulho das ruas, falei com a gerente e ela de pronto me acomodou em um outro muito melhor. O quarto era limpo e o hotel é de fácil acesso e perto das melhores atrações da praia. Algumas partes do hotel precisam de reformas e aprimoramento. No total ótimo custo benefício.

Ótimo custo-benefício. Hotel simples, mas tem o essencial e está numa ótima localização. Bem perto da praia e de estabelecimentos comerciais. Só não gostei do chuveiro do meu banheiro que praticamente não saía água, tive que tomar banho com a ducha.

Hotel Insalubre. O hotel completamente velho, porta do quarto encardida e não fecha direito, mesa e cadeiras em estado degradante, colchão e travesseiros moles e desgastados , mesa e cadeira de apoio toda descascada e antiga , porta do banheiro cheia de mofo e descascado, box cheio de lodo e mofo, chuveiro com água cheiro forte, papel higiênico de péssima qualidade até a cor é diferente, paredes são texturizadas deixando o quarto extremamente grosseiro, só tem escadas , veja pelas imagens que nos corredores do hotel eles deixam os lençóis no momento da limpeza , não tem um local para deixar e deixam nos corredores embaixo da escada cheio de tralhas , não tem elevador , corredores com luz mas escuro. Tentei cancelar minha estadia mas Hotels.com me informou que o telefone do hotel não estava atendendo e desatualizado , é um hotel que deveria ser fechado por respeito às pessoas, falaram que entraria em contato já sai da hospedagem e nem retorno me deram. Por favor observem as fotos . Fiz vídeos e não sei se é possível anexar.
