The beach of Porto das Dunas is located 22km from Fortaleza, home to the best and most beautiful luxury houses in Ceará beaches. Due to the easy access and short distance from Fortaleza, the beach of Porto das Dunas can already be considered a noble neighborhood of the city of Fortaleza.
Beach, dunes, world-class tourism at Beach Park, year-round sunshine, and numerous other attractions make Porto das Dunas a unique and special place, reserved for people of extreme taste
The house is ideal for those seeking tranquility and comfort, has a complete infrastructure for your family: swimming pool, TVs, WI-FI, stove, microwave, blender, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, complete playground for children, billiards, Ping Ping and garage.
