O Hotel está precisando se modernizar, tudo muito velho. O café da manhã muito pouca diversidade, todos os dias eram as mesmas coisas e também nao eram muito gostosas. Ficamos no hotel 8 dias. No nosso quarto tinha um barulho de um motor parecido com de um gerador a noite inteira.

Aspectos positivos: atendimento excelente dos funcionários, área kids, vista maravilhosa, cama confortável. Aspectos negativos: ficou a desejar na limpeza do quarto (ex: cabelos de outros espalhados no chão do quarto e no banheiro) e da piscina, ducha que não espalhava bem a água. Reportamos o problema da limpeza do quarto na recepção e nos atenderam de forma a resolver o problema.

Os pontos positivos do hotel são a piscina, restaurantes e climatização. O hotel se vende como de 5 estrelas, contudo, para alcançar tal patamar precisa ser, de fato, 5 estrelas em tudo o que oferece. Quando chegamos, tivemos que trocar de quarto três vezes, pois a chave magnetizada não funcionava, somente resolveram quando chamamos o gerente. O hotel tem uma aparência de já ter sido 5 estrelas no passado, mas hoje, no máximo, 3 estrelas, pois os quartos apresentam problemas de ruído, teve uma festa rave nas proximidades em uma das noites e foi impossível dormir, as toalhas apresentam manchas e os banheiros estão com problemas de fungo, maresia e descuido. O café da manhã, apesar de simples, é bom, mas às vezes faltam itens básicos como manteiga, geleias, guardanapos e pratos.

Gostei muito da minha estadia! A vista é linda, o quarto é espaçoso, o banheiro também, e toda a equipe foi muito simpática e atenciosa. A única observação é em relação ao colchão, que estava bastante afundado. Também vale destacar que à noite a região ao redor é um pouco escura, então não dava pra andar tanto a pé. No geral, foi uma experiência muito positiva!

Foi uma experiencia decpicionante. ja conhecia o hotel. A 12 anos me hospedei com minha familia e gostei muito, mas ao retorna 12 anos depois , me deparei com um hotel em decadencia. traveseiros mega acabados, toalhas sucatiadas, cama desconfortavem com um buraco no meio, tv utrapassada, iluminação nao dava nem pra se arrumar e banheiros cheio de vasamentos sem contar que a banheira faz ate medo entrar dendro dela. atendimento terrivel, no cafe da manhã os pratos estavam mau lavados. terrivel. a area de lazer muito bonita porem esta destruida por falta de zelo.

Fiz a viagem a Fortaleza com o intuito de descansar, porém, ao chegar no hotel fomos informados que haveria um show em uma área do hotel e que deveríamos utilizar uma pulseira para circular na parte interna. Até aí tudo bem. O ruim foi não conseguir dormir à noite com um barulho ensurdecedor dentro do quarto devido a esse show. O hotel deveria ter informado sobre esse show antes de fazermos a reserva, pois sabendo disso nunca teríamos feito reserva lá. Uma viagem que era pra descanso se tornou um pesadelo. Péssima experiência.
