The staff seem competent and helpful. The hotel itself is fairly dated and worn. The room is spacious, the tear of time was quite obvious. We found the room to be a bit noisy from the traffic on the main road next to the hotel. We didn’t get to try the breakfast, as we left before breakfast time.

It’s extremely out of touch! The entire hotel is old and out of maintenance. Broken doors, bedrooms super dirty specially the mirrors, the AC never works. Lots of people by the front desk complaining about the AC for 3 days. The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and full of attitude. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Quarto triplo. Fornecida somente uma chave, mesmo sendo solicitado mais de uma. Check in extremamente demorado. Não havia fila e sim, demora no processo. Mais de 20 minutos. O restaurante estava lotado com tempo de espera de mais de 1h, inclusive para room service. Quando pedi ifood e solicitei talheres, não puderam me fornecer pois a comida não era do hotel. Café da manhã com demora na reposição das comidas e dos utensílios. Enfim, ultrapassado. Serve somente para hospedagem quando o evento ocorre no próprio hotel, que foi o meu caso.

Quarto extremamente barulhento, com ruído constante, como se estivéssemos dormindo à beira de uma rodovia. Além disso, o quarto é excessivamente claro: mesmo com a cortina fechada, a luz do sol reflete diretamente nos travesseiros, dificultando o descanso. O café da manhã é de péssima qualidade. O bairro transmite insegurança, e a praia em frente ao hotel não é própria para banho, servindo apenas como área de ancoragem de barcos. Experiência extremamente negativa. Arrependimento enorme.
