A localização do Cond. Mayara é o ponto forte, juntamente com o preço. Estive por uma semana com meu filho e não tivemos problemas para nos locomover.as instalações precisam de reforma, e os colchões precisam ser trocados urgentemente. A limpeza também deixou a desejar. Equipe gentil e disponíveis sempre que solicitado. Recomendo a quem quer conhecer a cidade economizando na estadia.

Não recomendo, realmente estava procurando algo barato, mas por fim foi uma economia que não valeu a pena. Primeira coisa quando entramos no quarto aquele cheiro horrível de mofo, meu esposo é muito alérgico e custou dormir na primeira noite, tivemos que deixar todas as janelas abertas. O ar condicionado ligamos uma vez só, barulhento demais. A sorte é que queríamos algo apenas pra dormir, pois durante toda estadia saímos cedo e chegávamos muito tarde, e ai foi a pior coisa pra mim... O chuveiro não é chuveiro, É DUCHA! Só água fria, Fizemos passeio de 1 dia pra Jericoacoara que chegamos às 1:30 da manhã, e imagine só, encarar água fria esse horário, terrível. É bem menor do que imaginei pelas fotos, você não encontra com os responsáveis pelo apartamento, é um prédio pequeno sem porteiro que você fica com a chave da entrada. O bom é que os passeios da cidade te pega na porta.

Mia moglie è brasiliana e vengo in brasile da 15 anni ma una esperienza cosi non ci era mai capitata. Punti positivi: la proprietaria è una ragazzetta molto simpatica, buona posizione. Punti negativi: pavimento pieno di peli e sporcizia, ascigamani grandi in origine di colore bianco ma orma grigi, lisi e con macchie sospette, frigorifero sporchissimo sia dentro che fuori, mobili della cucina unti sia dentro che fuori (penso non siano mai stati puliti), asciugamano per il viso non presente, odore di muffa persistente sia nella stanza che dentro l'armadio, tende delle finestre ammuffite, lenzuola strappate ed anche queste macchiate, letto con materasso spesso circa 10 cm. appoggiato su una rete formata da due tavole di legno inchiodate su due livelli (gli asciugamani grigi sono risultati utili per compensare il dislivello delle due tavole), dei quattro fuochi della cucina solo uno funzionava. Cose non menzionate nella descrizione della struttura: nel prezzo basso non sono previste le pulizie (nella camera troverete tutto l'occorrente), l'asciugamano per il viso, il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani solo su richiesta e la spazzatura dovete lasciarla voi nella pattumiera presente all'esterno della struttura. Dimenticavo di dire siamo sopravvissuti grazie al fatto che l'esperienza è stata di soli quattro giorni e che avevamo con noi sia gli aciugamani che le lenzuola.

a localização é ótima,em cima de tudo,perto da praia de supermercado,mas algumas coisas deixaram a desejar como a limpeza,alguns móveis velhos e o constrangimento da falta da água porque não estavam preparados para isso e só tinha água fria,mas as pessoas são muito simpáticas a Maiara quem nos recebe sempre prestativa,mas quero dizer que a culpa não era dela porque ela não é a dona só leva o nome dela,mas á partir de 01/10 mudará a direção e acho que é para a melhora torço por eles.

The condos are situated close to the beach, only a short walk away. Inside there's a fridge and cooker. What I didn't like was that the room wasn't cleaned whilst we stopped. I was told its only cleaned after the guesses depart. Also for three days no water. The ac dripped all the time and requests to fix it got ignored.

Geen top hotel of dergelijk, maar een prima hotel. Wel zijn de bedden aan vervanging toe, deze zakken helemaal door. Wil je naar het toeristische gedeelte, dan is dit lopend te doen, ongeveer 15 minuten lopen langs beira mar. Hotel personeel erg vriendelijk en beleefd. Hotel kamer zijn wel een paar reparaties nodig, maar dit is verder niet hinderlijk. Je krijgt waarvoor je betaald.

Eu havia comprado a estadia como La Paz e um pouco antes ao meu check in o flat mudou de nome para Condomínio Maiara, onde o anterior (o que tinha reservado)tinha limpeza diária e atualmente não, vc que precisa fazer a limpeza, isso que me chateou pois contratei uma coisa e foi outra, mas do mais a estrutura do quarto é boa, tem um bom tamanho, fogão e utensílios na cozinha vc consegue fazer sua própria comida tranquilamente, o local é próximo à praia onde tem várias opções de barracas, shows de humor no Beira Mar Grill , supermercado perto...gostei do residencial só a limpeza do quarto que deixou a desejar.

Foi a pior experiência da minha vida. Chegamos no hotel tarde da noite, cansados e não tinham toalhas no quarto. Daí descobrimos que tb não tinha água. Nossa reserva não estava lá mas o recepcionista nos deixou entrar mesmo assim. O hotel não tinha garrafa de água para vender e devido ao horário, não tinha nada aberto por perto... Tínhamos compromisso na manhã seguinte, cedo e a água ainda não tinha voltado nem a arrumadeira para fornecer toalhas e desistimos de ficar lá. Estou aguardando uma resposta do responsável do hotel para resolver o que será feito.
