Na verdade se trata de um apart hotel, onde há moradores também. O quarto 1204 possui móveis bem velhos, mas funcionais. São novos o aparelho de tv, o wi-fi e a tv a cabo (NET), cujo pacote é bom. O ar condicionado split é bom, mas só tem no quarto, assim como a tv. A ducha é forte, mas o box é apertado, a água não escoa com eficiência e o blindex está com a estrutura fortemente corroída. O sanitário também não é eficiente... O restaurante é muito bom no jantar, mas o café da manhã é muito fraco.

O quarto que fiquei é velho (quarto 1107). O hotel é antigo. Móveis velhos. Armários velhos, sofá velho e com mal cheiro. Assim que cheguei a água quente não estava funcionando, voltou ao normal no final da tarde. Em um dos dias que fui tomar café da manhã havia uma outra comemoração em uma sala anexa ao restaurante. Cheguei meia hora antes no horário final do café. Já não havia facas, pratos e a comida não foi reposta. Dos 3 elevadores apenas um funciona. A porta do quarto do apartamento não era possível travá-la por dentro pois a trava estava quebrada. A porta do quarto do apartamento não havia chave e a fiação elétrica da televisão era toda exposta. Quando solicitei um cobertor à atendente da recepção no período noturno, primeiramente o pedido foi negado alegando que só seria possível até as 20h30mim. Quando expus minha indignação, ela pediu que eu fosse buscar na recepção. Enfim, experiência pessima. Não voltaria mais lá.

Ótima estadia. O quarto é um pequeno flat, com cozinha/fogão.Em caso de uso o hotel promete fornecer utensílios como pratos e talheres. Tivemos problema com a Tv, mas foi prontamente resolvido. Café da manhã satisfatório, com tapioca e ovos feitos na hora, além da simpatia dos funcionários. Localização muito boa com farmácia, lanchonete e restaurantes bem próximos, além de ir à pé para a Beira-Mar.

Experiência bem ruim. A piscina estava em reforma (não constava essa informação na hora da reserva), o chuveiro não tinha água quente, tige problemas com a fechadura do quarto, funcionários pouco solícitos. Enfim, não recomendo!
