Wow! What an amazing property. They really have mixed the natural beauty with a 5-star resort. As an American visiting Brazil for the first time i was blown away by the beauty of this property and the surrounding beach.

The hotel was excellent! The room, the pool, the food, everything was great! BUT somehow they messed up our reservation, not sure if that was hotels.com or the hotel itself and they gave us the wrong room. I had booked a suite and they said we booked a single apartment. So we had to pay extra to get the room that we originally booked and that was very disappointing!

My recent stay at the Vila Galé Sunset Cumbuco offered a mixed experience. As a new establishment, it certainly has its strengths, but there are also areas that could significantly improve. The staff were consistently polite and helpful, which is always a highlight and contributes positively to the overall atmosphere. The accommodation style is quite unique, with guest rooms located in standalone houses, each containing four separate apartments. This provides a sense of privacy that many guests will appreciate. However, the design of these houses presents some practical issues. The access areas to the rooms lack doors, which means they are prone to flooding during rain. This was a significant inconvenience during my stay and clearly needs to be addressed. Additionally, while the rooms themselves were comfortable, the pillows could definitely be improved for a more restful sleep. When it came to amenities and dining, I found the options to be quite limited. There were few choices for amenities, and the lunch options were particularly scarce. For a hotel of this caliber, a greater variety in both these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, the Vila Galé Sunset Cumbuco shows promise as a new hotel with a dedicated staff and an interesting room layout. However, addressing the design flaws in the room access and expanding the amenity and dining options would undoubtedly elevate it to a much higher standard.

Hotel novo, incrível, com toda uma programação voltada ao público infantil. Copa baby com refeições prontas para os bebês, piscina infantil quente e linda, para os adultos ótima opção nos restaurantes, com um atendimento excelente, embora um pouco demorado mas que não chega a se tornar um problema. Para quem for mais animado o hotel da acesso a uma barraca de praia super animada. Vale muito a pena conhecer esss hotel. Destaque ao funcionário Miguel que está sempre pronto para atender os hóspedes.

Faço questão de avaliar este hotel, porque pesquisei muito sobre ele antes de ir e vi que era numa área mais afastada, onde tem a Lagoa e que o mar não era apropriado para banho. Então, isso me deixou muito em dúvida. Porém, fui positivamente surpreendida. O hotel está muito novo, os quartos super espaçosos, tudo muito limpo, muito organizado, o hotel é amplo. Sobre o café da manhã, achei que poderia ter um pouco mais de variedades, alguns alimentos de melhor qualidade, mas isso de forma alguma afetou a nossa experiência. Dentro das opções que tinham, maioria estava ok. E foi super gostoso mesmo assim. Mas, essa parte eu acho que por ser uma Villa Galle poderia ser melhor. O mesmo vale para o Jantar. Na mesma viagem fiquei no Carmel Cumbuco e o café da manhã lá foi divino. A comida do Carmel foi um espetáculo! No Vila Galle, nossoquarto não teve vista para a praia, acredito que a maioria lá não tem, os que tem você paga a mais por isso. Mas, o hotel em si é incrível. Sobre a praia - o mar impossível para banho, ondas fortíssimas, perigoso e ninguém entra. Mas, o lugar é paradisíaco.. mar + lagoa que fez deste um lugar, uma das praias mais lindas que eu já fui. E aí o ponto que surpreendeu: você não entra no mar, mas entra na lagoa, que é PERFEITA. Água limpa, quente e um paraíso. Fomos na época do Carnaval, achei que estaria super cheio, aquela coisa desproporcional, mas não, foi super calmo, tranquilo… e o pôr do sol nesse lugar é um espetáculo à parte! Voltaria MIL VEZES!
