On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), digital TV, air conditioning, and electric shutters. The living/dining room has an exit to the garden. Additionally, there is an office with a double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning. The villa also boasts a large, open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen has a bar, dining table, dining nook, and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the garden and a veranda. There is also a shower room with a bidet and WC on the ground floor. The villa is heated with gas, and air conditioning is available. On the upper floor, there are 2 large double bedrooms, each with air conditioning, electric shutters, and an exit to the balcony.
