"Simple place to stay while walking the GR92. The hotel has a virtual front desk so you are sent a code to get into the building and your room. When I couldn’t locate my code someone from the hotel responded quickly via WhatsApp so we were able to access the hotel quickly and easily. The room is fine, clean and comfortable. There are vending machines in the lobby for snacks, cold drinks, and coffee but they only take coins, so if you want to use them make sure to have change handy. The pool looks...

"We arrived in the early-afternoon, and struggled with finding access to the main 'entrance'. After parking and walking around the perimeter of the lodge, we found a keypad which rang into the host of the property. The host was relaxed and laid-back, which spoke to the location of our stay; Can Bassa is tucked 25-minutes outside of Girona, with no local amenities (gas, grocery, food) accessible. "Very lovely hotel. It was a birthday present for my wife, we were satisfied with everything from the location, meeting and the hotel itself. The rooms have exclusive French cosmetics. The samé mattress and bedding are lovely, which made our mon look great. I believe this is an exclusive vacation in the heart of a small Catalan village. We were helped to book a fabulous restaurant from the Michelin Guide. Just an unforgettable vacation. Definitely recommend!"
