"This is a great place for a visit to the mountains with (if you book this type of room) amazing views of the mountains in Flaine. The refurbished rooms were brilliant; big, ample storage, clean, well furnished kitchen) and the location is a nice walk into the village. The parking was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back."

"Good residence for the family. We booked the top of the range suite, had 2 bathrooms. All the conveniences were there except a washing machine but fine for a stay less than a week. The property was very clean when we checked in and we returned it in a fairly clean state. The spa is good and the putside hot tub with views of the mountains is spectacular. "

"Good value Contemporary Bed a little firm but good for me Fridge smelt and nothing done about it as clients responsibilty Apart from that lovely staff , well run . On leaving nowhere secure to leave baggage , just left in reception area & not looked after ! But hopefully safe !!! "

"We have had a fabulous few days here. I’m not sure we could have picked a better location (for the skiing and the town) We had the first few days without our luggage (it was lost en route to Geneva) and whilst it was not the fault of the hotel, this was such a difficult time for us, I feel like they maybe could have been more helpful given our circumstances so have rated the service a lower score. "I would highly recommend this property for a ski holiday in Flaine! The property is finished to a high standard and has amazing views from the balconies looking towards Flaine and the pistes. It is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 9 across the 4 bedrooms and it was also great to have lots of bathrooms! We also really enjoyed being able to use the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam rooms. The ski locker is a very short walk from the apartment and we found the free ski shuttle bus into Flaine to be very convenient and easy to use. We also enjoyed being able to ski directly into Flaine some days. Francoise was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. We loved our stay so much we have already booked to go back again next year! Thank you!"
