"J'ai réservé ma chambre via Hotel.com à 23h38 étant en voyage et ayant besoin de faire une pause. Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner. "This beautiful modern hotel is nestled in the ancient historical sites of Parma, right next to the Baptista. All restaurants and shops are within very short walking distance. The concierge was phenomenal. As soon as she saw us, she would immediately stop what she was doing to ask if there was anything we needed. The rooms were large and elegant, offering a kitchen with a washing machine. The perfect place to stay in Parma!"
