"Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. "Wunderschöner Ausgangspunkt für tolle Aktivitäten.Auch zum Verweilen lädt das Häuschen und sein Garten ein. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieterinnen ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das alte Haus hat Charme [ und Mücken ;-)]"

"Property was just as listed. It was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Elena met us as we drove up and explained everything to us about the property. Had a wine tasting in the cellar of the house and we were very impressed with the whole affair. Would recommend the property to anyone wanting to visit the area."

"Much better than expected. The Mulino had all the amenities we could wish for. Yes it is quite remote but that is part of the attraction. Cortemillia is nearby with 2 supermarkets, a couple of bars and restaurants and a market on Friday. The Langhe is superb and we will certainly return."

"We absolutely felt comfortable in this lovingly restored home near the center of La Morra. Pino and his wife were amazing hosts, met us when we arrived and he was even able to save us a parking space near the house to make it easier to unload our bags. Everything was absolutely clean and comfortable along with small comforts such as snacks for morning, coffee, and little touches like a chocolate on the pillow and dog bowls for our small dog. "Romina was very kind and welcomed us with a drink and some focaccia. You’ll need a car to get to places like supermarket and bars etc. But the house is very spacious and quiet. Thank you Romina and family for everything!"

"The apartment was in a wonderfully quant old village above Dogliani. The furnishing were vintage. Great views of the valley. Nice balconies. Updated bathrooms. The location was great. Parking was a walk. "

We made an evening walk every evening in the surrounding forrest. The area has a lot to offer, from the barolo region to the finale ligurie beach, all with in an our reach. "Ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel e nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatta. La camera è minimalista ma dotata di ogni comfort, il bagno è piccolo ma funzionale. La terrazza, ampia e potenzialmente molto piacevole, purtroppo risulta trascurata e abbandonata. Lo staff è stato sempre accogliente e cortese. La colazione è davvero ottima: varia, abbondante e con opzioni anche senza glutine. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. L’unica vera nota negativa riguarda la pulizia: molta polvere in camera e nessun intervento di pulizia durante il soggiorno. Lo consiglio. "
