"We saw an couple Of men in hoodies walking around randomly in the Underground parking area as we parked there. They had walked down the ramp after we drove down and were not heading to any particular vehicle. This felt unsafe so we parked outside parking lot. "

This was not convenient at all for our family especially on a game day. The room was not in the best shape. Not what we would expect from a Hyatt property. The shower was discolored and missing grout in many areas. Walls and blinds had damage. The positives were the friendly staff and location. "
