"Older hotel, but spotlessly clean"

"We had an amazing time. Beautiful hotel, excellent customer service, and a truly relaxing experience overall. Isis and Juan Carlos were both incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even better. We loved the two rooftop spas—such a great touch. The location is perfect as well. If you’re visiting Magog, we highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back."

"Our day was wonderful. There was only one thing that bothered us when we got into the room is that there was a great amount of dust on the television and the big bureau where the television sits on. Clearly a lack of responsibility. That should not have been there. But the rest of the room was impeccable. The breakfast was delicious and the stock was super courteous in the front reception."
