"Phone in room did not work and hair dryer in bathroom wasn't working. No coffee maker or any other amenities. Cell phone reception was not great and WiFi wasn't much better called front desk several times no answer to get WiFi password finally got a hold of someone for it . Swimming pool area isn't in great shape. Rooms were clean and comfortable."

"I have a 3 year old daughter so we were looking for a place to make my daughter feel comfortable as my home. My daughter literally slept through the night for entire staying at Helen’s place. Great location for both school, downtown, and shopping. Very safe area as well! Helen responded promptly and everything went smooth. Thank you Helen! "
