On the check-in day, I got a message from them saying it was not available due to water damage, which is understandable. They offered me another apartment that they claimed to be the same as the one I booked with no extra cost. From the link they sent me, the new apartment seems like a major downgrade from the previous one; only 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I messaged them back to ask for better...

"The condo was at the bottom of a long hill, not good for seniors. The shower unit needs repairing - two substantial leeks. Upon arrival all towels were quite wet and rolled up at the end of the beds soaking wet. The pillows had barely any filling in them. Otherwise, clean and well stocked kitchen. "
