"This house was charming, and we loved our time there. It is an excellent base for exploring the Périgord and also an excellent place for sitting outside in the evenings with a glass of wine. The kitchen can actually be cooked in and has everything you need. The view from the house is lovely. Florence is great and helped to get us settled, and we could not have asked for a better stay. "

"We stayed in Bayac at Phillips place for a week with friends and kids. It was a fantastic week. We especially enjoyed the perfect pool and the bbq. For the kids it was for sure Flame, Phillips dog. Phillip was very helpful in every way. If you´re looking for real holidays in place close to the most sights of the Dordogne region - here it is."

As the location is quite remote, you can enjoy absolute privacy but on the other hand, all necessary supply is in close range - if you do not fear a 45 minute walk you can reach the weekly market of the next village even by foot hiking through a light forest. It suited our group of four adults perfectly , we had a wonderful time the peace and location was perfect for us . "This is a lovely little hotel in a quiet area of Bergerac but very close to the railway station. My room was very comfortable and clean with a good bathroom that was also very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good. I would definitely stay there again."
