"This place has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The communication leading up to and during our stay was excellent. The condos were spacious and fully stocked. They even got us a keurig machine for our stay! Walking distance to some amazing restaurants and groceries. The property has 2 lovely pool areas. Both with hot tubs. One of the hot tubs wasn’t working that well, but the other (by the smaller pool) one was great. My friends and I had a blast for our first time in Scottsdale....

"Great little property in quiet condo community with car port. Condo has everything you need and is walkable to Fashion Square Mall. Old Town Scottsdale is about a 5 min drive, 20 minutes to McDowell Preserve and 40 to Superstition Mountain (we love to hike). Sherman was an excellent host! We would stay here again."

"The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair."
