"Clean"

"I am still waiting to be contacted from the property. We checked in Friday about 5, dropped our stuff off and had to leave quickly. When we got back into the room it was a little after 11pm from an evening of games for my daughter. We realized the window curtain was open and wouldn't close. We were on the bottom floor and our bed was facing the window which was open to the parking lot and anyone walking by. My daughter and I went to the front desk after I took a picture to let the front desk worker know the curtain wouldn't pull down anymore. He said "I'll go check it out." We walked to the room and were in a room with the worker for about 30 minutes alone. It was 11:30pm, with two females and very uncomfortable for my daughter and I and probably him too. There needs to be some kind of training for how to handle these situations for your employees but also to ensure safety for all. He asked me "do you have some kind of tool to use?" Obviously I didn't. He pulled out his key trying to bend the bead for about 20 minutes before going to the desk to get a tool. He came back with a eyeglasses screwdriver. It obviously didnt do anytjing so he began pulling on the curtain and the left side popped and came down a little. He said "I got it down I think but I think I broke it. Don't say anything." I told him from the right side there is still a good gap and can see in straight to the bed. I asked if we could move rooms and was told they were full before walking out."

"Rooms were clean. Staff all around was great!! The whole place was clean. Bigger beds would be nice "

"This location was filthy. The bed had stains on sheets and pillow cases. There was little spots of mold in the bathtub under the soap holder. The slide lock for the door was not lined up (the door side was at eye level and the wall side at hip level) and when our key stopped working (this happened every day) they gave us a master key I believe because while they asked the room number they just grabbed a key from a pile without coding it. The staff was nice but the property was filthy. We checked in late Thursday and the first time a housekeeper came to the room was Saturday evening at 5pm. I will not stay here again. Had we had the money and no pre booked we would have gone to a different hotel."

"Slightly dated rooms, but very clean and quiet. Will stay again."

"Mostly a good stay. There was some hallway drama and frequent door slamming (which is more on the guests than the hotel), and I got locked out of my room 1 hour before checkout and had to request to be let back in."
