"This place was perfect and just as described . The location was great for everything we needed . This was clean and well maintained as well as having all new appliances. The host was super responsive and kind . The A/C worked well the TV had several streaming services and internet connection had no issues. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone ."

"Our group of grandparents down to grandkids were here for a wedding. We had several big teenage boys and the accommodations were great. The large room worked quite well for all of us to be together without being crowded. It is a well-equipped house and the book of information quite complete. Our previous questions were answered promptly. We enjoyed the fireworks also. There are a few minor things around the house that could be improved on but overall, it was a very pleasant stay."

"The house was simply fantastic! It comfortably accommodated our group of 12 with no issues. The kitchen was generously stocked, and the cleanliness of the place was commendable. Its central location allowed for easy access to everything. The house rules were a bit extensive but understandable given the standard of the property. "I'm so glad we rented this house instead of three separate hotel rooms. We were here for Chapman Graduation (about a 15 minute drive) but stayed for Disney. My dad who is 89 enjoyed just relaxing at the house when tired (it was great that there were two bedrooms with their own baths) while the more adventurous in our group walked to and from disney (a decent but doable walk for teens/adults but probably too long for little kids). We stocked the house with food for a poolside BBQ and breakfasts...

"We had a wonderful time ! We had a wedding in Pasadena then traveling down to Ansjeim to be close to other friends & family to see the soghts of Los Angeles & Disneyland!!! The house was so big & spacious & just what we needed to spread out and enjoy the pool, hot tub & game room !!! Our crew had so much fun ! It was better then hotel so we could all be together!!! "When we arrived the house was clean and tidy, but unseasonably cold. Someone had turned the thermostat way down. We called the maintenance property manager and within an hour he delivered space heaters to make sure we were comfortable that night while waiting for the maintenance crew to repair the heat the next day. This immediately earned them a 5 star review. This attention to detail and responsiveness was exceptional. Thank you very much!"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "
