"I stayed at one of the newly refurbished rooms. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. What needs refurbishment is the carpeting in the lobbies. They have seen better days. The front desk personel were courteous. The only reason I would not go back is due to the awful traffic on Irlo Bronson Rd."

"The experience overall was pleasant plus the location was great. When we walked in the room it was incredibly moist and smelled bad. There were hairs in the bathroom from a previous guest. They picked up garbage, fixed the bed and towels every day but no other cleaning other than that. The fridge was tiny and barely cooled. Overall, the property was nice and clean. The staff was very nice as well with the exception of a lady working the night shift the Saturday we stayed."

"They gave away my room and put me in a smaller room. The floor was sticky, sheets were dirty, there were no blankets, the phone didn’t work and the safe didn’t work it took them 3 days and multiple trips to the desk to repair these issues. Staff was friendly, room appeared clean but was not, there was even old toothpaste from somebody else was stuck to the back of the bathroom door. Parking at the resort was an absolute nightmare. It got to the point we didn’t want to leave because we may or may not find a spot when we got back. You could hear everything through the walls. No privacy "
